That happens a lot. If your first choice is already registered, we'll help you find the closest available option — a different extension (.co, .net, .pr), a short variation, or a nearby brand-safe alternative. We won't lock anything in without your approval.

Yes — an interactive Google Maps embed with directions is included on both plans. Just make sure to give us your full physical address in the requirements form. If you don't have a storefront, we'll show your service area instead.

The more profiles you share (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Yelp, etc.), the better — we link every active profile from your site, pull them into your schema markup, and Google uses them to verify your business. Yes. The Website + App plan ($1000, currently 50% off at $500) includes your full Negocio Pro website plus a matching installable mobile app for iOS and Android. It's built as a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means customers tap 'Add to Home Screen' and your app installs with its own icon, splash screen, and full-screen experience — no browser bar, works offline, and can send push notifications. It's a real app that lives on their phone; it just doesn't require the App Store / Google Play review process to launch. If you later want it published in the App Store and Google Play under your developer accounts, we can wrap it and submit it as a separate add-on (store fees and review are handled by Apple/Google).

The $25/month (billed yearly as $300 upfront) covers everything for both the website AND the app: hosting on a fast global network, SSL certificate, domain renewal reminders, uptime monitoring, security patches, framework and dependency updates, database and file-storage costs for your submissions and gallery, push-notification service, app icon and splash-screen updates when you rebrand, and small tune-ups like fixing a broken link or replacing a phone number. It does NOT include new features, new pages, new sections, redesigns, seasonal photo swaps, menu updates, or sending push-notification campaigns on your behalf — those are handled through a new requirements submission and a separate quote so pricing stays fair for everyone.

Yes. We can add Stripe payments to your app the same way we add it to the website — customers can pay for products, deposits, tickets, reservations, tips, or subscriptions right inside the app, on iPhone or Android. Because the app shares the same backend as your website, one Stripe setup covers both. Adding payments is a one-time $100 add-on on top of your plan; Stripe's own processing fees (roughly 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) go directly to Stripe and are not part of what we charge. We'll need your business info to connect your Stripe account, and we'll test both card payments and Apple Pay / Google Pay before launch.

Yes. We can add Stripe (recommended — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, subscriptions) or PayPal, and link out to ATH Móvil / ATH Business on request. Adding a payment method to your site is a one-time $100 add-on on top of your build fee.

Yes. We can add a secure file/photo upload feature. Storage is included with your yearly maintenance plan for typical small-business volumes — heavy usage may require a small storage upgrade, which we'll quote before adding.
